"Easy return, no hassle"
I ordered from noraross.com and ended up needing to return one item because I picked the wrong size, which is such a typical me thing. I thought it would be a whole annoying process, and I was already kind of regretting not double-checking the size chart.
But the return was actually really simple. I emailed them, they sent over the steps, and I shipped it back without any confusion or back-and-forth. It was one of those situations where you keep waiting for something to get complicated, but it just doesn’t.
The refund came through faster than I expected too, which was a nice surprise. I was a little worried at first, especially since online returns can be hit or miss, but this went smoothly. I’d order from them again.

i ordered from noraross.com, and to be honest, the site gave me a bit of a weird feeling. there wasn’t much clear info about the company, and the reviews didn’t really make me feel any better. my order did show up, so that’s good, but the whole experience still felt kind of risky. i’d probably think twice before ordering again.

I ordered something from noraross.com because the description made it sound like it would be decent quality and actually fit the way it showed in the photos. When it arrived, it felt like a totally different item. The fabric was cheap, the sizing was odd, and a couple of the features they listed weren’t even there.
I was frustrated because I bought it based on what they wrote, and it felt misleading. I also didn’t really feel confident reaching out to customer service, because with stuff like this I usually expect a runaround more than an actual fix. Definitely wouldn’t order from them again

The box showed up crushed, and the items inside didn’t seem like they were packed with much care. If it had just been a small dent, I probably wouldn’t have minded, but in this case it made the whole delivery feel a bit careless.

I had a question about my order, support teams usually make these things way more confusing than they need to, but this one was actually helpful. They got back to me the same day and explained what was going on in plain English. The only thing is it took a bit longer than I wanted to get the final update, but they were nice about it and got everything sorted. Overall, it was a good experience.

The fabric feels decent overall, like it’s not bad or scratchy or anything, but I guess I was expecting it to be a little thicker. It’s just kind of okay, honestly. Fine for what it is, but not something I’d describe as really sturdy or heavy.

Support told me the inventory was just wrong, and maybe I’m reading into it, but the tone made it feel like they weren’t really that bothered about it. It wasn’t a total disaster, just irritating enough that I probably won’t go out of my way to shop there again...

"Sizing felt a little inconsistent"
I went with my usual size after checking the size chart and reading a few reviews, but the fit was a little hit or miss for me. One top fit well, but the dress felt tighter than I expected, especially compared to what the measurements suggested.
It wasn’t awful or anything, just kind of annoying if you’re trying to avoid returns. I’d probably check more customer photos or see what other people with a similar body type are saying next time, and maybe size up just to be safe.

I ordered from Nora Ross getting my refund back was more of a hassle than it needed to be. I had to keep following up, and it kind of felt like they weren’t in a hurry to sort it out until I pushed. Maybe other people have had smoother experiences, but for me, the refund process was frustrating.

I’m disappointed with my order. The site looked fine and I expected things to be straightforward, but once there was an issue, it felt like they just pushed it back on me to deal with. Instead of helping or making it right, they made it feel like it was my problem. The whole experience was just annoying.
